It was a year where the economy tanked, stocks sank, and capital became a lot harder and more expensive to obtain. We spoke to Burrill & Company CEO Steven Burrill, publisher of The Burrill Report, about the year past and the outlook for 2009 as he completes his latest book on the outlook for the life sciences industry.
